The room we had was spotless with a bath. The stuff was welcoming with local information. The location was marvellous, 12 miles to Ciampino airport, perfectly reachable...

The room was fairly quiet and complete with a balcony as well as a better condition.

Nicely decorated hotel in a lovely contemporary style building. Really helpful staff, free wake up service and ironing. Great-sized and stylish room provided with a balcony and a private terrace, as for instance. Toast, pancakes, and bacon for breakfast specially for vegetarian. Fantastic, incredible location in Spagna district really close to of course Trevi Fountain, City centre, and the Spainish Steps and Trevi fountain. Also, in the heart of Rome.

The room was reasonably large and double superior with a mini bar, central heating and an iron.

Stylish and reasonably clean place with thoughtful staff. Beautiful room, very comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good breakfast specially for vegetarian, particularly good location. Very enjoyable overall experience.

It was just a good match for taking strolls in Rome with fantastic value for money. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, making it easy to explore the city. Make sure to ask about nearby restaurant recommendations-they were fantastic.

Location shines with easy access to metro stations, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps within a short walk. The rooftop bar offers a cozy setting for drinks, although the experience can be hit or miss with staff availability.

Rooms feel cramped and lack necessary amenities. Several guests reported inconsistent hot water and poor water pressure. The shower often leaked, and the shared gym had limited equipment, with some machines broken. Breakfast options didn't quite meet expectations, with reports of stale food and a lack of cleanliness in the dining area. The rooftop terrace could be a relaxing spot, but the noise from nearby rooms proved disruptive, particularly during evening hours.

Location impressed me, very central and close to attractions. The rooftop bar had nice views but felt overpriced. We enjoyed the bike tours offered, a fun way to see the city. Staff were mostly friendly, but I faced some hiccups during check-in. Room was clean but a bit smaller than expected.

The kids really loved the segway tour we took, which let us see the sights easily while having fun together. The rooftop offered a nice vibe to unwind in the evenings.

In my wife's opinion, the room needs better soundproofing for families. It was quite noisy at night.

I loved staying at 87 eighty-seven, maison d'art collection. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main attractions. Our junior suite was always clean, and the spa was a perfect spot for relaxation. Breakfast was good, although we could only have it a couple of times due to early train departures.

The rooftop bar blew me away with its fine views of the city skyline, especially at sunset! The breakfast spread was a good surprise, with not just pastries but also pancakes and fresh fruits. And can we talk about the spa? The complimentary access made winding down after a day of exploring a pure bliss with their jacuzzi and wellness center!

The location is fantastic, close to many major attractions. I got upgraded to a spacious room with a lovely balcony. The decor feels fresh and charming, with each corner showcasing a unique touch. A mobile phone was provided for easy navigation, made exploring the city much easier. Breakfast options were good, but the dining area felt overcrowded, and they often ran out of popular items. I encountered some noise issues from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. Some staff were friendly, but I expected a more detailed introduction and local recommendations during check-in. The hairdryer was wall-mounted, inconvenient. It's a decent place but could improve on breakfast management and noise insulation.
